About the Managing Director

Wayne J. Gosine began his Insurance career in 1979 working at a large, well established insurance brokerage firm. In just 3 short years Wayne was appointed to the Board of Directors while functioning as a Broker and acting in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer. Finally, having gained a wealth of knowledge he opted to venture out on his own by opening his own Brokerage which he proudly registered as 21st Century Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Ltd.

Mr. Gosine's infectious drive and uncanny ability to meet his objectives quickly led to the growth of his brokerage. In 1992 the company possessed just about 150 accounts, today (only 20 years later) 21st Century Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. has grown tremendously in this very competitive industry. The Company presently handles a portfolio in excess of 100 million dollars with over 2,000 corporate clients, and a host of individual accounts both locally and within the Caribbean. The Company has since undergone significant restructuring and has appointed new members to the Board of Directors who are also full time employees actively involved in the management and vision of the Company. The future of 21st Century Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Ltd. continues to be promising, thanks to the leadership of Mr. Wayne Gosine and the precedence set by his brokerage as being "1 st in service".
